You're a leader in Minneapolis or Saint Paul with a team that's good on paper and off on Tuesday. The two directors who can't share a hallway. The A-player who went quiet in March. The meeting where three people talk and five watch. You're winging your most important conversations, and you know it.
You could book a team workshop facilitator — the Twin Cities has plenty. Most will give your team a great day and a stack of reports. Then the offsite ends, the results go in a drawer, and Monday runs exactly like it did before. A day was never going to change a quarter.
So we don't run a day. We run seven sessions, in your room, across one quarter — and leave behind a coach that knows how your whole team is built. Meet it —
All four assessments — StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths), DiSC, the Enneagram, Working Genius — read side by side, in your room: who's wired for what, which pairings click and which grind, and the conversations every team needs a facilitator to have.
Before every 1:1, each manager gets the read on the human across the table — how they're built, what to hand them, and what to stop handing them.
Seven sessions in, the results aren't a memory: a coach at every manager's side, work matched to how people are built — and Logan still at the table every quarter after.
We come to you. Every session of the quarter runs in your room, anywhere in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metro — that's the Twin Cities difference, and virtual is there if your team is spread out.
All four. They answer different questions — StrengthsFinder for how each person naturally operates, DiSC for communication priorities, the Enneagram for motivation, Working Genius for where work energizes or drains — and the install runs them together, as one read on every person.
One quarter — a kickoff with you and one with the team, then six sessions every other week, 75 minutes each, in your room, plus a coaching session with the manager each month. Teams up to 16.
The coach stays. GrayMatter knows how every person is built and briefs managers before conversations that matter, every week — and Logan stays at the table for a quarterly coaching session.
$25,000 for the first year, all-in — the install quarter, a full year of GrayMatter, and quarterly coaching sessions; one team up to 16, all four assessments on us. After that, $1,000 a month per team.
Logan Joyce — a Minneapolis leadership coach to 1,000+ leaders, builder of GrayMatter and the InsideOut Leader curriculum. He runs every session himself.
