The problem

The workshop ends. The map goes in a drawer.

Your team took The Six Types of Working Genius™ — or is about to. The letters land, the room lights up, someone finally has a word for why the same project stalls at the same stage every time. And by the Monday after, nothing runs differently. Not because the model is wrong — because a great workshop day was never the same thing as a team that works by it.

A Working Genius team workshop is worth doing once. It's worth paying for only if the six types still show up in how work gets assigned, how meetings run, and how managers lead — a quarter later.

So we built the workshop that doesn't end. A coach that knows how your whole team is built — meet it —

GrayMatter
A scripted introduction — the real coach knows your actual team.
The outcome

What a Working Genius team workshop changes here.

The day
Your team map, built live.

Six geniuses across every person, pairings named, the gaps that explain your stalls — and the two conversations every team needs to have out loud, facilitated so they actually happen.

The week after
Managers walk in briefed.

Before the next 1:1, each manager gets the read on the human in front of them — genius, frustration, what to hand them and what to stop handing them.

The quarter
The types become how work moves.

Install it, and the map stops being a memory: work assigned to genius, meetings staged by type, a coach at every manager's side — and the coach who ran your workshop still at the table.

The whole thing on one page.

The problem
Working Genius tells a team how each person is built. It doesn't run the team. The assessment takes ten minutes. Making six geniuses show up in real work, every week, is the part nobody delivers.
The workshop
A kickoff with you, pre-work for the team, then a half-day or full day together. The team map built live, pairings named, the meeting-stage read, and the conversations that don't happen without a facilitator in the room. Already have results? We build on them. Teams up to 16, onsite in the Twin Cities or virtual anywhere.
What continues
The map lives on in GrayMatter — three months included with every workshop.GrayMatter holds how each person is wired and briefs managers ninety seconds before any conversation that matters. Your team gets it for three months, with two manager 1:1s along the way. Want it permanent? The one-quarter install takes the whole stack — StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths), DISC, the Enneagram, Working Genius — and the coach stays in the rhythm for good.
Cost
$7,500 full day · $4,000 half day — and GrayMatter comes with it.Every workshop includes three months of GrayMatter for the whole team, plus two 1:1 coaching sessions with the team's manager. One number, program budget, nothing per-seat.
Private
What people tell the coach stays with the coach.Managers see themes, never transcripts. Nothing your team writes trains any AI model. Leave any year-end with a full export — then it's deleted.

Asked before booking.

Do we need to have taken the Working Genius assessment first?

No. If your team already has results, we build on them. If not, everyone takes it as pre-work — about ten minutes each — before the workshop day.

How long is the workshop?

A kickoff conversation with you, then a half-day or full day with the team. The right format depends on team size and what you're solving — that's what the intro call settles.

Can you run it virtually?

Yes. Onsite in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area, virtual anywhere. The team map, the pairing conversations, and the meeting-stage read work in either room.

What happens after the workshop?

That's the point of this one. Your team map lives on in GrayMatter — a coach that knows how every person is built and briefs managers before conversations that matter — and the coach who ran your workshop stays in the rhythm.

What does a Working Genius team workshop cost?

$7,500 for a full day, $4,000 for a half day — including three months of GrayMatter for the whole team and two manager coaching sessions. Teams up to 16. The full one-quarter install is $25,000.

Is the facilitation certified?

Logan is a leadership coach to 1,000+ leaders, certified in CliftonStrengths, Everything DiSC, and the Enneagram. Working Genius sessions run exactly on The Table Group's published model, credited throughout.
